It was funny watching people trying to defend it before release because they had such a hate-boner for modern minecraft that they were desperate. Then it comes out in early access and fades into obscurity with all the other clones.
I mean cmon, if they actually had something good, you'd thing Riot would tell them to fuck off? Plus you still got access to every version of Minecraft and the mods for it, assuming the modders didn't go full attention-whore retard and removed them.
Now if Mojang did something stupid like remove the ability to upgrade to an earlier version, then I'd understand. Fuck modern Minecraft, and we can all agree fuck anything past the granite/quartz/bloat update if not earlier.

It was fine as a beta. You could build and explore.
But they didn't exactly come out with a ton of exciting content for it quickly. And it wasn't just competing against vanilla MC, but also multiplayer MC.
Like comparing it to what you used to be able to play on the Hypixel server for free, it wasn't on that level at all.
