Reminder, apparently Doom Eternal is playing chess because you have to switch to this weapon and then switch to that weapon. But when D3 does it it's the game's fault because the shotgun doesn't let you snipe enemies from across the room and you're better off switching to any of the 9 other weapons.

Doom 3 is great if you play the original where it's actually dark everywhere and you have to choose between a gun and a flashlight instead of the revised versions that exist now where all the ambience is ruined.
