It’s Ubisoft we’re talking about here dude, this wasn’t going to be some groundbreaking plot that asks hard questions and threatens the status quo. There would have been a scene where you omg executed the bad guy against orders because he was too evil to be kept alive!!! followed by a double cross scene or some shit and ending with the “bad guys” losing in the end because then detonating the bomb or actually carrying out their revenge plot against the government would have never gotten approved by the head developers
