Honestly, if you're even HALFWAY decent at games, your best bet is to just try and stream...but even that is pure hell, unless you're personable enough to be a variety streamer. Locking onto one game is pure fucking hell and it's a mistake so many people make because once that game goes to shit or you aren't good at it anymore, your career/job is effectively gone/dead.
