Guilty gear has a HUGE problem with people pretending to have played the earlier games and be elitist about which game they played.
Hell even strive wasn't too bad until the Bridget fiasco. No one flipping a tit over Testament being nonbinary. Just a bit over the design. This is, for some reason, never brought up.
Also the anime was bad holy shit.
