I saw some fags posting this thing during the last few chinkheld threads. Decided to get it & two of the carts to judge. Went for 1 I figured would be bad because Korean Bootleg Hell & another that was usually recommended as a 2nd choice because I figured any console can have 2 good games & it's better to look at the average to bad carts.Neg:>D-pad is aggressively mid. It's like they were determined to avoid sacrificing any one thing so they just sacrificed a little bit of everything. It works but I have no fucking clue why they didn't just make it a full sized one because even if they were fixated on that Sega disc-type shit the thing's big enough to fit a full one.>The Renovation cart is apparently an early run & sits a bit fat in the console.>Carts in general sit a bit fat & need to be slightly levered out VS how an old gameboy could just be safely thumbed out, but I guess this is the budget console of the line.>Sound itself is fine, but the rocker's imprecise, shit's loud.>Again I get it's budget but like a tiny bluetooth link isn't that expensive. Having only a jack is a little annoying, but I get it.>It loads the preloaded games first rather than the carts, which sure it's not hard to do a quick swap with a tap of the menu button but if I can't have a unified menu or open on the primary menu, I'd prefer loading cart first.Pro:>Actually pretty comfortable with an adjustment period. About the same size/shape as the GBA SP when it was open.>The shoulders being laced in a line on the back are actually pretty comfortable once you get settled with them.>The base library is actually pretty solid. Lotta 2600 shovelware, yeah, but the 7800 line up they chose is actually good.>Screen's actually great>Games run well, & I found myself committing to them a lot more& getting more out of because of them coming in little prepacked groups rather than a swamp.>I can also just put personal roms on an EverSD if I wanna just play Pokemon.>Cases are cool
