Honestly dislike it a lot I've spent more time with the beta than most people I see praising it and it just has too many issues, the dungeon exp shit is going to send leveling into a death spiral pretty quickly, none of the classes really feel all that fun, the "new quests" are just collect 15 bear asses which you're expected to do on a mega server, leveling is still too fast even with it being a mega server, gear is overpowered and there's no sense of progression any more since you're always pretty strongI'm a paypiggy who tends to level with friends so I'll at least hit 60 at launch and do a raid or two before I completely discount it but this really feels like it's going to be a middling flop and stall out at era numbers

That being said, the biggest danger to Forever's success are the vocal streamers and community, especially when we have devs sitting constantly on social media desperate for some form of approval. Damage progression is strictly tied to levels and ranks of your spells, while with non-casters it's also tied to gear. Overall, this means that gear is more impactful when leveling and you're more incentivized to spend the time and effort to get gear from dungeons, crafting, whatever, instead of powerleveling to 60 on your mage while still wearing level 30 green bracers of the eagle while you're 59.
