Not anything yet. What we need are games with more content, less monetization, less bullshit. Games where the devs are free to drop DLC on the players for no extra cost, because they aren't trying to make up for ridiculous costs of development. Games where the devs have the room to make the product actually fun, and not just a way to milk money out of you with dark patterns and FOMO.
If we actually got that, I'd be quite happy, yes. But corpos are addicted to all that shit now. Just like epic games store's lower cut never lowered anybody's purchase costs, lower dev costs will never result in less monetization and extortion.

xbox 360 and ps4 era graphics are cheap
do the lighting from that era with 4k textures lol
its not hard
for example fallout 4 couldve had a new vegas style side game with reused assets etc
they just need to learn to optimize and work smart not hard
