All the missions in VC were fun, even the Asset ones. GTA3 has like 1 fun mission, where you gotta kill the dude in the body cast after he falls out the ambulance after he survives the first assasination attempt. GTA3s world is dead, mission design is meh, and the story is forgettable. Even by 2002 standards its mediocre imo. It's just carried by it's aesthetics

SA is the best because it's the most mature engine so the moment to moment gameplay is the most interesting. Sadly it's a bloated mess with tons of worthless content that should have been stripped out while other features could have been fleshed out better.

I don't have a strong option about 3 vs VC but 3 absolutely mogs VC in terms of atmosphere, and arguably map too. I always thought LCS and VCS were the superior games.

make sure your flight controls will work on a bike or something now. My patch didn't work when I played this, I got all the way to flight school and couldn't progress because my flight hotkeys wouldn't work no matter what I did. Really fucking gay.
