Don't use Linux. You have to fiddle with every single game in the terminal. You basically have to use the terminal for everything. You have to configure everything yourself. You'll spend 20 hours riding your desktop then go back to your windows boot. Just don't even bother. Save your time, just stay on Windows where you belong.

If it weren't for AI, I would have moved back to winblows. I never put it in the driver seat, but every genuine issue I've had so far has been handled in about 10-15 minutes. Anything beyond that is just comfy tweaking for fun and interest. Right now on cachyOS I get better frametimes, better input response, better audio latency, faster load times. Even my internet is better now that I got openwrt on my router, which is something I wouldn't even know about if I hadn't switched.
