I played Ocarina of Time and Twilight Princess both this year, Ocarina of Time was with ease better.
Ocarina of Time is just a leaner experience, in Twilight Princess in order to get the fused shadow in the lakebed temple you need to first enter lanayru twilight, then follow the scent into the town, then go the the bridge and jump off, then start the bug hunt quest, then fight the mini boss flying guy and fly up river to zora's domain, then drop the lava stone pillar into the frozen domain, then get the rest of the bugs, then fight the big bug boss fight, then you need to go to tenmas bar, then you need to escort the prince and the caravan to kakariko, then you need to follow the queen to the graveyard to get the water tunic.
In Ocarina of Time you go to Zora's Domain, beat the Ice temple then use the iron boots you got in the ice temple to shoot the thing that opens the water temple.
In Twilight Princess you feel like you're always doing a ton of busywork in order to get to the meat of the gameplay, what's worse is how little side content there is in the game overall.

I just like OoT and MM as far as Zelda goes. Most of the other games in the series are decent, just not my favorites.
