She did it. All they need to do is keep having her as one of the playable characters in future games and start laying the groundwork for a new generation of characters as Leon and Chris is getting pretty old. Jill can still be used since she's some kind of freak now or something I guess.
So RE10 should be Jill and Grace and then 11 could be Grace and some new guy introduced in 10. They've got a good character in Grace who I think has a lot of room to grow and a lot of staying power for multiple RE games, so I think it'd be a big mistake to not use her again.
I feel like Ethan was that as well, but they decided to kill him off unfortunately. They could still pull some bullshit out of their ass with Ethan imo because of the whole mold thing. maybe in a decade or so Ethan will show up when the games catch up to the post Shadows of Rose time.
