>Skyward Sword is the last traditional Zelda we ever gotHoly grim
>>748953771Hey at least we ended on a high note.
>>748953771what about A Link Between Worlds and Echoes of Wisdom?
>>748953771she looks like a prostitute
>>748954023EoW doesn't count because it has a botw like menu
>>748953771>Skyward Sword is the last traditional Zelda we ever gotNo, that's Ocarina. Linear Zelda isn't 'traditional' in any way.
>whats dat gaijin? skyward sword not enough overworrd?>i show you overworrd 300%
>>748954508Yeah I agree. Zelda was never meant to be an "on the rails" story driven experience like MM onward.
>>748954508Ocarina is entirely linear.
>>748954920It absolutely isn't. You clearly have never played the game.
>>748953771God thick eyebrows are so fucking hot >>748954023You could argue the renting system is a big enough change to the formula for aink between words to not qualify as "traditional"
>>748953771Its obvious that they will something similar to what they did with the Link Awakening remake. They made a new engine, a remake, and then a new game.So with the OOT remake, I am expecting a new game with the same engine soon. And it will probably be similar in structure to OOT, not another BOTW.
>>748955167>And it will probably be similar in structure to OOTOoT is the ONLY 3D game to EVER have the structure it has. It would be a miracle to get something else actually like it.
>>748953771And it's the best one
>>748953771Shit sucks. I don't like these open world games.
>>748954920No, it's semi linear, there are sections where you are open to do things in a different orderThese DO NOT count glitche2
>>748955553Glitches, even
>>748955553don't you still need to visit the temples in a fixed order?your only choice is dealing with some bosses later
>>748955794The only temples you need to do in a fixed order is Forest + Fire + Water to unlock Shadow without glitches. You can do those three in any order you want. Spirit only requires Forest and Fire beaten for time travel and hammer for one specific switch.
Twilight Princess could be expanded with side quests from either Link or Midna
>>748953771LA remake
>>748955167It's gonna be another MM remake and you know it
>>748956437Twilight Princess's worst sin is its dungeons being a cool spectacle but really fucking tedious to play.
>>748954023ALBW is close enough, though it suffers from an obvious difficulty plateau in Lorule.EoW is only traditional in its basic progression and top down presentation.
i think the real problem with lock-and-key zelda is that they ran out of interesting items a long time ago
>>748953771God I love big titties
>>748953771>girl with a homely face and the body of a fertility goddess
>>748953771>breedable body>thick eyebrows (probably a hairy bush too)>eyeliner>dicksucking lips>mole>naked apronhow can an artist be this based?
>>748957769I disagree with that. I think Aonuma and his juniors are just talentless unimaginative hacks.
>>748957970>how can an artist be this based? He draws interracial shit.
>>748958023I take it back, what a faggot may he burn in hell
>>748954508It's TP, dumbass.
>>748957985Give us some lock and key items that aren't iterations of ones we've had
>>748958169I think ones we've already had can work too if they're at least done in a different way rather than just throwing them in the game. Like for example, add the ice rod and make it do something besides shooting a freezing wind like make it so that you're able to charge it like you would your spin attack and make like a sled of ice or something idk. It's totally doable but like I said, they have no imagination.
>>748958072That makes no sense in any possible way.TP has no legacy or merit that would make it a worthy successor of LoZ/LttP/OoT, but which would exclude SS from also being 'traditional'.
>>748956086>hammer for one specific switchYou don't even need to hit that to finish the temple. the hammer is entirely optional for Spirit.
>>748958169a polishing cloth that lets you turn certain statues that block paths into naked women that run around all flusteredif you catch them you can pick them up and throw them at things, which is how you distract the tentacle monster boss to reveal its weak point
>>748958389Then all you need is bow then. I was thinking about that one switch behind the fake door but you can just bomb those, right.
>>748958250While that sounds good, what would do with it that wouldn't just be the same as an ice floor level?
>>748953771Nice hangers.
>>748958578It would be a great mobility tool generally. You could also use it to skate across water/lava temporarily. Maybe pair it with the fire rod and shoot a blast of flame at the water beneath you to make a geyser. That's just spit balling. You could definitely come up with more better concepts for items that already exist instead of keeping them the same for one off gimmicks.
>>748958726That actually could be interesting giving more options to explore a dungeon in different ways with different combinations of items, or having dungeons be based on combinations
>lust provoking image>literally false statementjust when you thought /v/ couldn't sink any lower.
>>748955553>>748956086Is there a playthrough that does a weird order without stopping halfway through a dungeon to complete another one? I saw this youtuber make an arguement that OOT isn't linear too but every time he would quit a temple half way after obtaining an item just so he can complete another dungeon and it felt contrived. I feel like while the game lets you do this, it seems to break the pace of a dungeon and it seems more like a thing the designers nudged you not to do. Like I fucked up the key order in the water temple and now I need a bow to progress at all without glitches. This doesn't feel as non-linear as Zelda 1 or aLBW, and future games in the series that have played like OOT attempted to block you in anyway they can from being non-linear like they saw that you could do that in OOT and tried to stop it in their future games.
>>748953771Skyward Sword sucked ass
>>748960114>Is there a playthrough that does a weird order without stopping halfway through a dungeon to complete another one?YESWe have gone through this a million, billion times, you absolutely can just straight up skip over dungeons, end of story. Nabbing items and using them to do things outside of that dungeon opens up MORE way of doing things, but almost all major, glitch-less alternate orders don't require this.>Like I fucked up the key order in the water temple and now I need a bow to progress at all without glitches.Yes, this is like the one instance this can happen and is the exception. This doesn't stop you from just skipping over fire. There's otherwise nothing contrived about it.
>>748953771Why does this artist only draw cuckolding now?
>>748953771Zelda Girls Saturday thread?
>>748960906>major glitchlessSo you need minor glitches?
>>748961230>minor glitchesOUT OF TEN!
>>748957861>homely facethe only turn off here could be the thick eyebrows (as if they are, thick eyebrows on women are hot when done right)
>>748961230>So you need minor glitches? No, and stop removing my commas.
>>748961681She's genuinely homely in the actual game
>>748956437Midna could be expanded
>>748953935This but unironically. The time desert and Buddha Cistern may have been the best dungeons in the series.
>>748954950>95% LinearBut you can choose between the shadow temple and the light temple first!
