/v/ - Why is it so bad? - Video Games

too many characters. the stories didnt feel like an adventure where each character was going around the world doing their own thing. it was just game of thrones but anime. whether it was because this was just a port of the mobile game, i don't know. never played it.
it's a shame because it was the only game i was excited for back in 2025.

Felt like it dragged on forever. There were at least five chapters that felt like they were going to be the finale. The story is also just kind of weird. You are absolutely going on a violent revenge quest, which the game itself questions if that's a noble thing, but it's still treated as fine. And then you get your revenge by killing the guy in the first twelve hours of the game, which just makes him feel underwhelming. Then you get revenge on the two others involved, though I don't think it was ever explained how the fuck the main character even knew they were involved.
The flashback ~~massacring the clergy~~ scene in the last part of the game was absolute revengekino though.

I was disappointed to find out that it's not even the full mobile game. I was hoping it was a port for posterity.
