yes but you can't sync those on internet

on my vita i was never banned. kn my ps3 i used a fresh acc to test it and it got banned the next day.
i wouldnt risk it. if they find a way to detect it youll get permad. just make a new acc for this purpose

Yes

I think it's incredibly cool that they don't ban your account or that there are no consequences for doing it. I guess I'll do it, probably this is the best moment, but I don't want to rush, the PS5 is expensive as hell, I don't want to ruin it.

i'm not into ps5 scene. but the little i know it's older firmware so you cannot log in to your account without updating so there isn't much to ban really. from main ps consoles only cfw/hen ps3 is on latest firmware that can access psn as far as i know. ps4 and ps5 live in the wilderness of old firmwares.
