the reality is that, all of the yearly sludge entertainment products that keep the bloated administration of failing software companies alive, all INHERENTLY suppresses and consumes the development time and funding that other, fresher and more entertaining ideas could have had.

The company is given three options:
> fail to produce a product and go bankrupt
OR
> the company can restructure its executive management AND middle management AND ESPECIALLY THE HR DEPARTMENT so that all of the dead wood is thrown into a wood chipper, becoming more resilient against bankruptcy, then the funds that were previously being siphoned by useless parasites who only sat on their growing ass fat and pushed papers around all day, can instead be given to the productive developers to discover the next tier of the software that customers actually purchase and ultimately brings the company even more money.
