Loved the first two games.
How is the third? Thinking about picking it up but I heard it's kind of polarizing.

It filtered a lot of people

Pros
>Still good combat
>Weapons have more moves from the onset so you aren't plinking for five levels to open them up
>Controls are solid
>Stealth is an option far more often than not
>Lots of hidden stuff that the game doesn't give a shit if you miss
>Samurai and Ninja switching mechanic is pretty damn good

Cons
>World feels too empty. Especially compared to previous games
>Only mid stance available at the onset
>Controls definitely take getting used to jumping in from 1 and 2, so muscle memory fucks you over a lot
>Encourages you balancing samurai and ninja and kind of slaps your shit if you try to main one over the other at certain points

It's definitely still a Nioh game but it will be remembered as the black sheep of the series.

Nioh 3 is great, it just runs terribly and needs less Jailer Oni.
