Even if it makes a professional looking game, AI still struggles with core direction and scope, to say nothing of music and sound effects. Unless you're making a fucking tech demo or otherwise story-light game, you need a human to give context to the gameplay, so it's not just a fucking sandbox where there's nothing to do.
