What are the best city builders in the market today?

>>749005963Being fair, it took years for CS1 to get anywhere as well. A lot of people played it a few hours on release then waited 5 years for updates and DLC to fix it. Even now though, it runs like ass on modern hardware and was never really optimized, so it looks like shit while running like ass and you need to overhaul CS1 with mods to make it playable.
