Somehow they made all the character skeletons look ugly and disproportionate which makes every single cosmetic look bad.I don't want to play a game where I get frustrated just from looking at the characters

Why not actually try to create an interesting setting for your shooter game? These are the same guys who made Arc Raiders so I know that they can totally do it.
