Preferable not just straight up adaptations.
>>749039309That Which Gave Chase
>>749039309Great movie. >game recGotta be siren, right?
>>749039309
>>749039309I recommend, Are You Afraid of the Dark: Orchestra Cure
Very bold of you to assume we play games AND watch films but let's see
>>749039309New Kowasugi are incredibly shite.Since 2015 movie it's all get worse and worse.Kudo got extremely emasculated, in every next movie there are new strong psychic woman who boss him around. In 4th movie there was medium woman and she was cool. Now there are new medium woman in every next film. Kudo lost all his mojo, even Ichikawa not affraid of him anymore.
>>749040776Akiba's Trip
>inb4 the Sims 2 because of bune
>>749041008Jokes aside I do find it funny how Super Mario Bros. movie in esthetic is much closer to like Hard Reset and other cyberpunk games.
>>749041435Fear & Hunger Cahara playthrough , ending A [spoiler/]
The movie was a financial flop but I really enjoyed it.
>>749039309Michigan: Report from Hell
>>749042813>NOT A GROWN WOMAN'S TIT SAVE ME NIPPONMAN AAAAAAA
>>749042813I misread that as a Milk Takashi film
>>749039309That movie sucked, I even went out of my way to buy it on dvd before watching it and it promptly ended up in a local goodwill.
>>749041441I haven't seen the movie but if you're looking for thriller with time-travel shenanigans.
>>749039309how could a mockumentary be translated into video game i wonder? maybe we could take role of the editor and horror comes from uncovering creepy shit in the footage? it's so easy to make a game where a camera crew gets haunted but I feel like there are not many games where it emphasises a believable experience of horror like this mockymentary delivers
>>749043476Based choice. First thing that came to mind was Rune.
>>749043917Ion Fury, mostly because the robot design reminds me of some enemies from that game.
>>749043917System Shock 1 obviously
>>749043917Yeah, I still can't believe how low scores it got from the critics. As for my recommendation for you, I want to say Ashes 2063, simply because it's post-apo.
>>749039309it's not really related, but it has the mysterious atmosphere and is FPP
>>749041315Both take place at a haunted hotel.
>>749039309Evidence the Last Ritual
>>749043742>>749039309
>>749039309The first half hour of this movie is great and then it's nothing but boring repetitive garbage followed by a really dumb finale.

Is there any other popular game based on hentai besides overwatch?
>>749046787Does this game do any out of game fuckery with your files?
>>749046620What's this game? I haven't heard of it before but it seems intriguing.
>>749047065I haven't finished it yet. I don't think so since you are already on a computer in this game.
ok, name the game
>>749047328Hypnospace Outlaw
>>749046787>>749047203I played the demo some time ago. Liked it, but still waiting for a mood to play the full version. The demo was creepy but not too scary, how's the full game?
>>749048153I'll give it a..... 4/10
>>749039309I'm not gonna recommend a game but a book. Check out "About a place in the Kinki Region". You will thank me later.
>>749041315One of the original Silent Hill games, for sure. I want to say 4: The Room but the latter half of that game is miserable and you won’t thank me for recommending it.>>749043917Observer.>>749046225Panzer Dragoon Saga. Drakengard if you’re a masochist.
>>749048509Noted and thanks. From the look of it it did also get a movie in 2025. Have you seen it?
Sure, I'll play
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Enq2pFpBz1sDoubt any game can replicate the feeling of this movie.
>>749049258Loom
>>749049162Is it too obvious to say Silent Hill The Room?
>>749046225 Drakan: Order of the Flame
>>749041441Not the one you probably hoped for but the original Life is Strange takes a lot from Donnie Darko
>>749042465As a fellow Mirrormask enjoyer, I highly recommend playing Pathologic 1. Very very similar atmosphere and artstyle.
>>749050003My first thought: Asura’s Wrath.
>>749049023Yeah and its fine but not as good as the experience of reading. Its one of those books taht is shockingly effective through its medium. Its a collection of random unconnected people talking about events over generations in this subsection of the kansai prefecture and as you start to piece together long before the writer whats going on the page turner aspect is very real. The final section will have you not wanting to turn the page and the final section is sealed and you need to make a choice to cut it open to reveal the truth and its so fucking good its Noroi or Ghostwatch in book form.
>>749049791I see similarities but feel like it totally lacks the digital element.
Won't accept over-the-top shooters because really First Blood isn't about that. Honestly I'll be more that fine with a game that captures the feel of rural Oregon (yeah, I know the movie was shot over the Canadian border).
Shit thread
>>749039309My favorite found footage horror movie. I couldn't get into Shiraishis other work as much unfortunately.
>>749050586Amusingly the only horror game to make use of computers that comes to my mind is the Ring Terror's Realm game from 2000. Also maybe these >>749046717 >>749046787
>>749050664Wouldn't Days Gone be what you're looking for to some degree then? I'm curious what games take place in Oregon myself as a resident there. I guess Fallout 2 touches the border a bit but nothing else is coming to mind right now.
>>749046523Serious Sam
>>749051012I thought Alan Wake, but it's actually Washington. Each, close enough I guess.
>>749051110Honestly I'd say the northern and southern borders of Oregon kinda bleed together with their adjacent states. The culture doesn't really shift super hard as soon as you're in the next state. I think Life is Strange takes place in Oregon too, but, I could never get past the free episode of it.
>>749050729I liked the one with the idols girls hanging out in haunted places. At some point I became invested in their plight which is when I felt tension. But yeah, a far cry from Noroi.
>>749045934What's this?
>>749045934Warframe
Speaking of found footage horror.
>>749041315At Dead Of Night>>749041435A Plague Tale: Innocence>>749041441Silent Hill 3>>749041503Skies of Arcadia>>749042351Jade Empire>>749042465Hylics 1 & 2>>749042813Harvester>>749046165Unironically City of Lost Children on the PS1, it uses the same engine as the original Alone in the Dark games and super underrated.
>>749050145Age of Empires 4. More so AoE2 player myself but they still hasn't added any Russian campaign in it.
>>749050729I know you didn't post a movie but your pic reminded me of BABBDI, Bright Lights of Svetlov and Eternal Afternoon
>>749051831killer7
>>749050729Same, I watched Occult and initially I was enjoying it but got a bit too silly towards the end and it lost me.
>>749050729I find Shiraishi usually has a good build up but then goes in too hard at the end (his latest film being a prime example).Man likes his CGI tentacles.Try Ura Horror if you haven't seen it. I think that was his best one after Noroi. It's a lot more restrained.
>>749053164GTA 4
>>749054358This looks more up my alley, thanks.
