Anyone else playing this? Thoughts on the Bazaar update?

I am! I have yet to reach the bazaar actually but I'm having a lot of fun. I also 100% INFRA some months ago and liked it a lot (which led me to buy this). I do wonder how much of the apartments I can actually upgrade atm, seeing as the only dudes I've found so far that do the upgrades can only upgrade till like tier 2 most things.

I pretty much just got to the Bazaar myself since I started over when the new update dropped, my previous save was so old I forgot most of what was going on. The new contractor in that district can do everything except the highest upgrade tier.
Also one thing I just realized during this playthrough is you can actually skip most upgrades if you have enough resources and money to get a higher tier, I was under the impression you had to upgrade everything sequentially and now I feel fucking dumb.

Also I love my shroom wife
