I love whenever a bullshit "game" like this pops up just to get people banging the ARE GAMES ART??? drum.>ARE GAMES ART?Yes, but the artistic merit of a video game stems from the way it gets you to interact with its themes via gameplay. For example, look at Lobotomy Corporation. Most people go into this game thinking they can beat it without letting a single agent die. By the time they've reached day 10, they've completely shook off any notion of playing perfectly and getting to the end with all the nuggets they had from the start. Wouldn't you know, the characters in the game also had those intentions at the start, but it all came crumbling down when one stupid kid died during a dangerous experiment. The character that led the experiment tried to kill herself after the failure, and left behind a script for her BFF to follow that would allow her dreams to be realized. Similarly, you have to perform dangerous experiments with your employees, most of which end lethally. The game's artstyle is explained away as a "cognition filter" that makes the employees look like cartoonish little nuggets so their horrifying deaths don't ruin the manager's brain and derail the script. Every step you take towards finishing the step is permanent, and everything else is temporary. Deaths don't matter, because you can rewind. Dehumanize yourself and face to bloodshed so you can help make the City a better place. Face the fear, build the future. 2000 characters isn't enough.

And all you do is walk around and look at things.
