I was considering getting it, but nobody on /v/ seemed interested and I couldn't get any positive feedback on it, so decided to wait for early reviews. It looked interesting. It looks like OpenCritic has it 80 with most critics giving it a 7/10 or 8/10. It's $40, but might wait for a sale, like maybe around $25 or $30. Steam fans seem to be praising it. I saw very few negative reviews. One said it's too generic, but a lot of others are saying it's got a fun parry system, story, and atmosphere. I just don't know how long the game is though. If it's like a 10-15 hour game, then $40 doesn't seem worth it. Depends on the replayability.

Playing it right now and it's very janky and buggy. Ennemies sometimes teleport and sometimes they just don't so you can't always prepare yourself for the coming attack because you never really know how it's gonna flow. There's no story and the lore is whatever, same goes with the characters. The setting is incredibly underused. It's a big shame that we can't get a proper Napoleonic-game that actually exploit this setting. OST are whatever, game looks OK but at least it runs fine. I'd say just pirate it if you want to give it a try but it's pure indie souls-slop with parry-slop in it. Very janky and nothing much going on honestly. It follows the same linear structure as a Lies of P kind of game and there isn't much exploration. I don't think it's worth the money. Wish I could refund

I am playing it on gamepass. It plays okay. The setting is just really boring. I hope the gameplay gets better soon because so far all I've done is parry and insta kill everything. 6/10 game after 2 hours.
