Why is it everyday I see a story about AI making an above average mod, imitate coding, hack sites or storepages, and companies are completely helpless to stop it
If ai is so good why do you need to shill it on a video game board for 30 cents a post? Can't you make a game with AI and sell more than any gaming studio?
>>749654765WHAT DOES THE REDDIT FROG HAVE TO DO WITH THAT?
>>749654869>SHILL SHILL SHILL SHILLDilate
>>749654765AI has been able to do all this fairly well since spring, and very effectively since this summer, but there was a lag while more people mastered working with harnesses, multi-agent systems, etc. and now there is a hype wave swelling>companies completely helpless to stop itwhat do you expect them to do if someone observes ones and zeros in a file and creates their own program from that? it's not illegal
>>749654949It's just funny seeing there's a new mod someone made from Claude or another leak from an animation studio and none of these companies can do anything, or really care.
>>749654765Im going to dilate and kill myself if I keep seeing chuds post reddit frogs. Troonsisters what do we do
>>749654949the law is whatever companies decide it is albeit
>>749654765The bubble is bursting and they panic spend into marketing because the tech itself is disappointing to what they actually promised.
Data centers caused this. Soon bank accounts will be hacked.
>>749655138true but that is an issue because there is mutually assured destruction between big tech companies supporting AI and all the companies butthurt about it weakening copyright. If the copyright jews bust out the big guns and go after AI training big time, then Nvidia and Meta and Amazon will respond in kind with their own best jews money can buy and then it's a tossup as to whether the copyright guys get a favorable verdict, and slim chances it actually stops AI training even if they do.
>>749654765Why is it everyday I see a third world bot (america included because you are that) that shills for AI like their like their life depended on it?
>>749654765>above average
>>749654765>and companies are completely helpless to stop itRemember for every thing we crack and pirate with AI, corporations and law enforcement can also use the same AI to auto-detect when you're doing anything illegal on any of your devices and automatically fine you with a court date sent to your inbox. You're higher than a giraffe's pussy if you think its going to last much longer. By 2030 you'll need to scan your face and provide an ID just to use a phone, PC or connect to the internet and govts have already made it basically impossible to exist in modern society without a smart phone as it is. Remember from next year every car in the US will be required to have an AI-powered camera mounted watching you drive, with the ability to automatically switch your car off if it thinks you're drunk, high or tired.
>>749654765AI companies are massive and have government backing. That'd be like trying to stop international drug trade or human trafficking. Adobe is obviously shitting themselves over someone reverse engineering Photoshop in a weekend but they won't do anything, the most they can hope for is one of the AI CEOs to gently scold their users to not be so blatant.
>>749654765what do you use to find out about cool new mods? Any Twitter accounts to follow?
>>749655270The average person is insured by the feds up to, what is it now. $200k? Technically per person putting money into the account, but.I assume most richfags already spread a good part of their money across tons of accounts, and let someone else manage it like keypassxc in human form. Feds are gonna get fucked once the billionaires start getting targeted for mass snatch and grabs though.
>>749654869I haven't been paid shit! Those niggers owe me!
>>749654765>>749655003Copyright is unenforceable, individuals are ungovernable if they don't seek to establish themselves as individuals with something to lose.Companies, government and interest groups can only act on centralized levers like content hosters and publishers to make copyright do anything and even then they only do it by bleeding the opposition with legal fees if they don't have automated takedown systems and censorship.>>749655375It would be pretty great to get a retrial of Eldred v. Ashcroft, but with more industry money and political pressure going towards weakening copyright.Copyright in its current form is not constitutional, it does not adhere to the copyright clause granting congress the right to pass these laws. However it's not going to happen, because AI companies have a vested interest in copyright being strong since it restricts their competition more than it restricts them.
>>749656395>because AI companies have a vested interest in copyright being strong since it restricts their competition more than it restricts them.citation needed, for several years they had to fight off lawsuits with a bat and several of them still suffer from the decisions, Anthropic is legally required to torch every book they scan. And the main competition is China and lol do you really think China gives 2 fucks about US copyright law?
>>749655841Knowing Adobe they'll probably fuck with something in a way that their software uses AI to detect people using fake copies and then take legal action against corporations who's staff get caught using it. Most of their customers are other corporate, they couldnt give less of a shit about Gary at home using fake-photoshop to generate boob pictures.
>>749656459Their ingestion doesn't matter, their output matters. AI as a bunch of consolidated entities can deal with legal bureaucracy of copyright bullshit, their competition can't.Projects like ReactOS have had a scorched earth policy when dealing with any Microsoft code leaks to avoid frivolous lawsuits, whereas AI is currently shitting out "clean room" implementations of corporate products based on scraped code.Software copyright is a completely retarded addition to the law that ties the hands of anyone trying to legitimately deal with software just because American oldfags thought it would be neat if their dominant tech companies could sell software licenses instead of real software.
>>749654908HES ENJOYING HIS VIBECODED CONTENT DO YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THAT
>>749654949>harnesses, multi-agent systemsI still don't do this am I retarded?
>>749655916this I've only heard about things from the /v/ catalog
