The first Claude spent months just to get stuck in Cerulean, the next Claude took less than 2 months to acquire Thunder badge and then spent rest of the run looping Mt Moon-Cerulean-Diglett Cave-Viridian-Pewter-Mt Moon. Claude 3 got to Rock Tunnel in less than a month, the following Claudes got to Rocket Hideout in less than a month, Claude 5th made to Cinnabar in less than month, spent month looping in the Pokemon Mansion and then sped to Victory Road, the following one spent even less time and the final Claude 8th cleared E4 in 2 weeks. So each model was twice as fast than the previous one. So if the previous model cleared the game in 2 months, the new version playing FireRed with clearer visuals clearing it in 2 days is quite easy to believe.
