Others move to cheaper options. I don't think PS6 will succeed, but some people will still go into debt to own one. I thinkt he bigger problem is that you can't just assume people will build a PC. Hardware for that is getting expensive too. It's more likely people will be low-spec gamers and also that we'll see some improvements in the smartphone gaming situation. Nintendo will survive as the lowest priced console/hybrid. Maybe even takeover the whole console thing this decade.
