I quite enjoyed the Legend of Zelda Nintendo franchise and think it would be a good setting for a Multi-party turn base RPG.

You want a hackneyed idea? LoZ SMT where you go around killing the various Gods/Dieties of the setting.
It's edgy but it'd set up a clear boss structure.

I remember having ideas for one as a kid. I think you equipped a sub-item like boomerang or hook shot on each party member then used them in specific orders to do special effects, like boomerang to stun an enemy so it can’t melee you before you hookshot it close, then attack it.

And if you remember how the Triforce of Wisdom was broken up into 8 smaller triangles in og Zelda, I had all three triforces shattered like that i to 8 aspects if courage/wisdom/power, and you could equip a couple on each party member to modify their stats, and I think the main story if the game was to gather them all.
