If you really think it's foul play, could be people fucking with the time length on the songs themselves. Also, I think there were a number of songs that finished getting mixed yesterday and the day before, and I'm not sure if they had a time set on them prior to being mixed so that could be why.

I wish I were creative enough to participate in this. I'm a pretty good singer, and apparently a pretty good Buble facsimile given four separate vocal coaches have said "oh man you should sing Buble" upon testing my voice in first sessions. Annoying, because I just want to tell stories while singing - like Disney characters and Joey Batey/Madeleine Hyland in The Amazing Devil. But everyone shoehorns me into Buble when I just want to be a theatrical musical storyteller. WELL FINE, I'LL SING A FUCKING BUBLE-ESQUE SONG, but I can't fucking write one because I'm not creative. I can't even come up with a video game tune that might even work in a big band format. actually, for how long has this editing past deadline deal been going? someone said for like half the lifespan of the musical but iirc it's more like it started two years ago. before that i couldn't record anything major in the last few days because i was busy finalizing all my mixes. and then there was some shanty we all realized that noone was mixing and it only made it in with minutes to spare. and also DLC was full of half-finished stuff, like that Joker skit thingy.

I'm almost done I just need to find a good reference for the lass and I'm good to goin the meantime I'd hope for some ideas for the background on the left, as I've gone with the playing cards motif but I'm not sure if I should have it solid colour or something elseI got pissed when I found out photoshop ditched the in-built 3D studio a couple of years back and I couldn't be bothered to find a standalone, ergo the playing cards look a little wobbly I might make them better if I get the timeI also forgot Tarot cards were a thing and doubled down by doing mirrored illustrations on each (full rez on the next post)as for the thorn-vine in the middle, I was going for a "dark enchanted forest" vibe but then I realised I don't know how to draw interweaving plants that aren't a double helix
