As of now it's RE9. Not because it's that good but because it generated the most buzz, sales and goodwill at release. That's usually what pegs the winner. This has been a good year for 7/10s but nothing truly exceptional has come out this year, not like E33/BG3/ER, who clearly crowded out everything else.
