I’d rather just play the old one. I think /v/ often conflates remakes with remasters. This new Ocarina is a remaster, not a remake. It’s just going to be the same old game but it looks “HD” with AI. Same with something like Resident Evil. The old ones with shitty controls needed a remake and they got one, but Resident Evil 4 is a remaster so why would you even want to play it? The old game looks so much better. Why would you want your cool, classic game to be AI upscaled to look like modern NuSlop instead of an old GameCube game that looks awesome?Like I said it’s one thing if it’s a total remake like Red—>FireRed but N64 Ocarina to this fucking slop? Why? Also wasn’t there a DS port of Ocarina with QoL shit added? And what about Master Quest? I can’t fathom why anyone would play a modern demake of a game (I’ve never played a Zelda game in my life btw).
