Using a controller on PC got so much better when I got one with a charging dock that also acts as a wireless dongle. Just pick it up and its charged and works. Dealing with Bluetooth and charging and wires is fucking obnoxious.

Some games have this even when there is nothing in the gameplay that requires or even benefits from a controller. Expedition 33 is a good recent example. Why do I need a controller to click on menus and walk around exploring? It's not like there is any real time action outside of the deliberately janky platforming minigames.
