You can get refurbished amd mid tier or high tier cards that will play or emulate any game from the 7th generation and before

Which is basically the last generation of games being good and not gay or overly feminine

My humble Ryzen 5 pro 4650u cpu with it's vega 6 igpu was able to play Scarface 2006, Yakuza kenzan, payday 2011, crash wrath of cortex, twinsanity with no problem
