Do it yourself, you have the tools, it must be easy dear ESL.

Mikami resigned after this game, crapcom suits were infuriated because of sub 100k sales. No way they would allow this

So much badly sir. Redeem the recomp sir

Input lag was fixed before version 1.6
It was an option in the cfg file but sometime around 1.6 they moved it into the gui because people were too stupid to edit a text file.
It seems people are still too stupid, except they've gotten worse because they can't tick a box in the GUI.

1.6 came out in 2020 btw,

There's a decompilation in the works, but it'll still take a little while.

They'd censor the shit out of it so the 42% won't rope more

There's literally an option in pcsx2's settings to reduce input lag

I'm working on a static recomp right now.
It's based on the work of this guy:
https://github.com/LasVola/godhand-recomp
However, he's focused on being console-accurate to the PS2, I want enhancements.

So far, I've been working on getting:
>60fps
Works fine at 100% speed on my machine.
As I'm testing, I'm focusing on fixing everything that runs at double speed as I go. There's an easy working fix, so all it takes is playtesting, writing down what runs at double, telling Claude to do the needful.
>widescreen
Works fine, but just like the 60fps, I have to test extensively to make sure the UI is aligned correctly and not stretched anywhere. It's very hard to miss anything because I'm autistic about small details and put in a command to swap UI positions between 4:3 and other aspect ratios, so if something looks even slightly off, I toggle to confirm.
>L3 to sprint
Works a treat already, big improvement.
>FOV adjustment
This is next, and also the final enhancement I can think of before I put together the launcher and versions for Linux, Android, and mac.

I don't have a lot of experience with God Hand specifically, so let me know what other enhancements you've been thinking about, or feel free to fork it and do a PR. I just finished contributing to GoW3, so it was either God Hand or Dragon's Crown next, and God Hand seemed to be getting less love.

The input lag isn't noticeable if you use the latest PCSX2

integrate the moveswap mod and an option to mute the music
>>
>>750181996
>let me know what other enhancements you've been thinking about,
the ability to swap the uncustomizable part of your move set (laughing dragon paunch, launch kick, axe kick, sweep)
moveset profile saver and real time swapper so you don't waste as much time dicking around in menus
a toggle to spank men
a toggle to make women get affected by the ball buster
minor transparency QOL like giving the evade high atk to hand plant kick, 'weak launch' and 'weak trip' to respective moves
some shuffling of move properties around, like haymaker 1 to launch enemies instead of guard break
maybe rebalance
unlock Hard from the start

Can you add xinput and SDL support for PS4, DualSense, Switch Pro, and other pads?

First thing I did so I could use my controller for testing.

Adding to my notes, thanks.

Cliprel shows SDL support and L3 to sprint from standing and while walking. Last iteration from a minute ago also added d-pad scrolling to the Roulette.
