Vice city isn't as good as i remember

It's the worst gta maptwo long islands with jack shit to do, retardedly huge beach, but i guess the shitty race track at one end of it is something.helicopters can't get more than probably a few hundred feet of alt, planes too. "downtown" is a total waste of space, there's a huge golf course you can't play golf on, the ammunations only have like 5 items each including armor, can't swim in a fucking game set in florida surrounded by water, no customizing vehicles, import/export of vehicles doesn't let you select from all the cars like 3 did.other anon was right in that the soundtrack was most of the charm
Vice City is almost perfect. If you remove the riot, jury intimidation, and golf course missions, just about perfect. It needed 5-10 good missions to flesh things out. If you remade it, all you'd need to add would be the option of hanging around the Malibu, getting drunk, banging chicks, and stuff like that. VI will half three times the content and half the soul.
It's less jank than 3 and I like the characters more. I think LC is the better map but I enjoy playing VC more

It's pretty good overall, but the AI is shit and the controls are janky. It's annoying you can't walk and use m4 at same time.It excels in ambience, music and whackiness, but falls hard by today's standards.8/10 when it came out and 6.5/10 today.
