Its my favorite for sure. Best music overall, perfectly segmented levels and world, lots of end game levels, respects your time and best of all have no black people in it, which by the way can you guys believe they have the right to vote now? What a joke

It's good but not great, even if I want it to be.

Nintendo doesn't know how to make a good 3D Mario game and they're starting to forget to how to make good 2D Mario games. Their plan with Mario is to throw in some new novelty but never focus on good mechanics. It'd be great if I were Cat Mario all the time but add in fire or whatever so I can experience and master the full moveset throughout the game.

The difficulty of 3D World can be described as "camera management", "obscuring the players vision", "walking the player into traps". It's not good design, it's tricking the player.

I like Cat Mario, I like innovating a bit with Bowser fights but all the shitty design and auto-scrolling levels really killed my enthusiasm. Despite my bitching, if they can put their backs into a sequel, I'd definitely buy it.
