>start game >remember that an update reset my skill points>too lazy to relearn what everything does and where I'm at in the story>turn game offhow do I fix this?
I love this game, my GotY but ironically them patching it so frequently made me just stop playing. Just been waiting for it to be the full experience pus a massive amount of time to get back on it.i might even just start again. Game is huge.
>>750180346I've gotten into the habit of picking up my old saves instead of compulsively restarting but I want to with this. Get a fresh start before the dlc, but it's an intimidating proposition
>>750180346I use an equipment hider mod and I'm always pissed after a new update fucks it up, although the mod author usually tends to fix it in two days or less. I'm debating if I should wait a week before buying the dlc after its launch for this reason.
>>750180147Just start over. There's nothing that makes any game "better" 40 hours in than 6 hours in.
>>750180346It baffles me how they made the story better and worse in the enhanced edition. The cutscenes have way more context within them now which makes the story easier to follow, but now you can play chapters out of order, which can cause major confusion.
>>750180147Happened to me with the Cyberpunk 2.0 update, haven't really felt like playing the game since.
>>750180837I have already bought the DLC just for the preorder bonus and I want to support the devs because it really is an amazing game I but i dont have intention to be playing it on release.I am waiting for GTA6, then after I finish with that i will play dragons dogma 2 and its DLC, then crimson desert. All 3 will take me a long time to play.
>>750181039>enjoying more than one video gameWe don't do that here. You're supposed to pick one (1) game you like, and call everything else slop. I hope this helped clear things out a bit.
>>750180575Set it to easy mode until you get to where you left off to make it fast. Nobody will judge.
>>750181039>gta 6I guess that's my real issue. If I started a new CD save now in preparation for the dlc I probably would be too busy to get around to playing it because I'll be trying to cram as much gta into my busy work season as possible.
>>750181153I just finished hellraiser and have been playing LA noire too.I constantly play a multitude of games.I would be playing the OoT remake but i dont own an NS2 and am not buying one for a remake of a game I have played 100s of times before.
>>750181474From my PoV GTA is like a 2week game. I can play it probably twice B2B like I normally do with R* games though also GTA6 might be bigger so max 1 month.I expect to be finished with it by xmas. Then Dragons dogma 2 and its DLC is a month long game for me.Crimson desert is like a 2+ month game.I was already 200 hours into it and I had barely left hernand.
>>750180147This game is weird, it's huge with a lot of things to do, but it's so fucking boring, man
>>750181768>I was already 200 hours into it and I had barely left hernand. What the fuck are you doing? Keep repeating the same bandit camps and wagon shit like a bot?
>>750181768I'll be lucky to get an hour a night until christmas so it will definitely last.>>750181917I did the same thing just playing the game. Admittedly I spent a lot of time trying to make the wagon trading fun. I desperately want it to be medieval snowrunner. They hint at weather, mud and broken wheels but I didn't see any of that plus the actual trading system was confusing. I'm looking forward to ship content but all I really want is a fantasy trucking sim
>>750181917Exploring.The map is fucking huge. There is shit to do everywhere and hernand has s much content.Have you even played the game?>>750182593Trading system is relatively simple.Buy shit for low price, hoarde it until it is then being bought for high price. Its not complicated at all. Just you dont know when or where you can trade the shit to until the time and weeks pass and you find other trading places.its like a long term investment.thing is you dont need that when you have the bank. 1 gold bar can flip into 1000s just by save summing it.I pretty much reached max money buy gild bars. Apparently there is an in game limit that it kind of janks out so i make like 28k iirc and then just removed the flip chance or set it low so i would not lose money.Never need money ever again. It is nice this is an option desu.
>>750182883>The map is fucking huge. There is shit to do everywhereMaybe I'm just not into MMO or open world games, but despite its size and shitty fetch quest, mmo activites, everything in this game is so fucking boring that it wears me out.
>>750183056>shitty fetch quest, mmo activities,>>750183056>this game is so fucking boring that it wears me out. This game has a constant stream of systems based mechanics and is in no way a fucking fetch quest.you must be a fucking retard and never got past the first 10 mins or whatever. Its too big brained for you.WTF. This game has such a fucking massive amount of systems and variety in gameplay and here you are shitposting like its some sort of cut and paste ubisoft tier generic shit.
Not exactly the same but in cyberpunk my skill points in my trees are almost completely negligible and probably dont affect the way I play much at all. Thats how you know its rpg mechanics are shit even though on surface it looks like its got some inspired system for a looter shooter. Borderlands unironically mogs in thay vein, I never once used the hacking shit , ill give the game this though night city is peak to drive around and the shooting on the surface is exceptionally good feeling
>>750183246>you must be a fucking retard and never got past the first 10 mins or whatever. Its too big brained for you.Not my cup of tea. I tried exploring and doing the main quest until suddenly, hello, Greymane you need to fight in this big boring battlefield quest. Shit is boring. The game aesthetic is just so fucking boring, with a boring story and MMO quest giver characters>variety in gameplaySure, I like the punching and wrestling moves, and I've also unlocked most of the elemental powers, but after a while, it got boring fast, too.>ubisoft tier generic shitI've never liked ubishit or any massive open world games
Was really hoping this game wpuld scratch my explore world sense of adventure itch like Skyrim and it failed to do that. Exploring is very ungratifying
>>750183938>hasnt even played the game>has all these shitty opinionsOff yourself. You sound like a fucking kotaku journo. A fucking retard.
