This was a good game and i'm tired of pretending that it wasn't.

No cue girls so I shan't play

I thought that free beta/demo they did was ok but clearly they didn't stick the landing with how quickly they dropped supporting the game. shame, a game with different ironman like suits has potential. Warframe kind of hits this note but has silly ninja flipping instead of being like, a flying weapons platform.

I heard this is what actually killed bioware but the numbers arent that bad. Sold 5m.

depends on the budget, but this game's failure is what likely set up DAVG's dev cycle to be hell. EA wanted a live service and bioware failed to deliver on Anthem, so the onus fell on dragon age. I can only imagine how much money was blown on the live service DA game that will never see the light of day.

Ive noticed shit wobbles before it collapses. Civ 7 has a lot of problems but the marvel game they lost 200m on is why it was rushed it out too early compounding its already shitty shortfalls.

Five people played this game

This is a live service game. The money comes from people staying and buying MTX which they didn't

I hate this genre. What they do wrong?

it had some good things about it
good grafix
good movement
terrible everything else

the moment to moment gameplay was great and the javelins were fun, plus the open world was really cool to explore. unfortunately they had no idea what they were doing with the gameplay loop, and the story/missions/cinematics/characters were completely nonsensical. hoping someone manages to get an offline singleplayer version working
