Oh night guard, you're just the person I wanted to see! How's the job treating you? I guess it must be good, seeing as you haven't been killed yet. You know, I've been thinking lately about fitness. The other day I was playing with the children and one of them pointed at Freddy and said he was fat. Some of the other kids then, they'd poke at Freddy's stomach. Freddy, he uh, was professional about it, but it got to him. Now this is just between you and me, but Freddy's a bit self conscious about his weight. He says he wants to take up exercising so the kids don't make fun of him anymore, but every time I see him when he's not busy he's playing one of the arcade games and says he'll start soon. I think that attitude is, uh... common, between people who want to get into a healthy lifestyle but don't for one reason or another. People get daunted about going to the gym, thinking that they'll stand out since they don't know what they're doing. I don't think that's true though. I mean, everyone had to start from the beginning at some point, right? If you keep worrying about not knowing what you're doing, you're never going to make any progress. And fitness, it comes in all different forms. Not everyone's going to work as hard as Montgomery Gator, as long as you're moving your body to stay active that should be good enough. A sedentary lifestyle doesn't help a person, sitting in one spot for several hours isn't healthy. I might just be talking nonsense, being a robot and all I don't have to exercise. What else was I talking about? Oh, right. Though what you eat is just as important as whether or not you're exercising. If you don't eat well that could end up undoing all of your hard work. That doesn't mean you have to completely cut out unhealthy foods, I enjoy eating a nice dessert every once in a while. ...Well, I've got to get going, I'm going to be late for that new tower we're all supposed to head to. They want some of us there a bit early to help finish setting up.
