Western devs are in a tough spot because they spent the last decade+ weeding out people who don’t agree with leftist politics which self selected for poor writers, programmers and others. Reversing course will not be easy because they drove out the very people who are able to right the ship.

But once you got tools like Linkedin and twitter, people can immediately sus out your politics even if they can't ask you directly. And if someone is hired but isn't a team player, they will get shamed, and explained that their employement and status require them to be a team player. which means positivity. Then you get a situation like Concord and other games that are described as Toxic Positivity. This isn't a bug, this is literally their game plan.
