that's not the problem tho
the problem is the game being missed potential past 2nd gen, core gameplay undermined by shitty gimmicks and layers of unnecessary rng garbage for endgame, on top of shitty weapon balance and moveset design
the simple fact that there's still moves that use two face buttons when there's enough inputs to not to is shameful and show that ergonomics isn't in the vocabulary of anyone in charge at capcom
