Besides Nintendo and Capcom, who else can pull off a Smash clone?SEGA, PlayStation, Xbox (since they own RARE, plus Crash and Spyro), Konami + Hudson, Bamco?
there's already a playstation smash clone you could have used an image from
sega literally has a racing game version of smash
>>750202204that's a racing game
sony already tried
>>750202228still a game with a a crossover roster
>>750202990OP said smash clone
Capcom can't pull one off since Ryu, Ken and Mega Man are already in Smash Bros.
>outift>one pointer is a hand, the other is an arrowai bros...
Unironically the slop looks less soulless than the actual PSASBR title screen.
>>750203841>titlecharacter-select*
>>750201879Literally no one. Ubisoft has the most popular alternative with Brawlhalla. RoA2 can't do it even with its workshop giving you access to the actual Smash characters, and it's the only semi-alive alternative to those 2. Everyone else who tried failed, because it turns out Smash fans just want Smash. They aren't looking for an alternative and even if the current Smash sucks they're not gonna look for another similar game, they're gonna either stop playing Smash or play an older Smash. The rest of the potential casual playerbase is playing random anime arena fighters instead of a 2D platform fighter.
>>750204359>turns out Smash fans just want SmashThis.Even the Jump Super Stars games on the NDS didn't take off despite being good games, having no Smash competition on the platform's library, and having Goku, Luffy, Naruto, etc, on the roster.

PlayStation IPs are too westernized for this kind of game, the visuals would look too drab.
