Unironically I have no idea what he does or ever did. I don't respect him because of my willful ignorance of the aforementioned, but that's not enough to hate a man.I hate him for his contemporary (I.E. the last 15 or so years) opinions and decisions he's made as a leader when he clearly has no real ideas. He just encourages people to throw shit at the wall and see what sticks, which is actually not a bad philosophy. The primary issue derives from his very clear and present inability to recognize what is and isn't a good idea. It's like he never rejects anything. Just shilling for whatever comes across his desk because he can and has nothing better to do, not because he has any clue about game design or any want to see the medium flourish.
