I’m emulating TotK and the game barely runs @30 fps (cpu bound), same goes for Ratchet & Clank ACiT on RPCS3. There are also games where going 60 fps breaks the game’s physics/logic like GTA SA (the fps vigilante mod isn’t perfect). So I just learned to live with 30 fps.

30FPS feels close to unbearable after years of 60, I could probably get used to it, but the bigger issue is getting used to 144hz on phone/pc screen constantly during general use and then it hits you in the face when it switches to slow 30fps in game

I had a PS3 and a 360 and played just a few games. It didn't make me sick back then but after playing 60 fps since 2019 I can't go back without getting nauseous. Can't explain it. I'm extremely prone to motion sensitivity though. If my VR headset freezes and I move my head while seeing the still image of what I was just looking at, I instantly feel sick.
