I like JRPG dungeon crawling grinds and the SMT combat system, I like watching the numbers go up, I like collecting the Pokemon and making choicesThen they took that and mixed it with cute girls which I missed out on because I'm an incelNot to mention the art design and musicSo obviously I love Persona
>>750217738I like the SMT gameplay and I like seeing how the cast resolves the supernatural phenomenon they're dealing with. I don't think the writing is particularly good and each game has party members I wish didn't exist, but the overall game progression, fusion, and social elements blend together well. I also do think the Persona team excels at making exciting finales to the games.There is an addicting nature to the games where you get all your dungeons done for the month and then use the rest of the month to improve your social connections. It's a satisfying blend of mechanics.
