I hate that the bureau turned out the way it did because the concept is interesting. They should have just made it enemy unknown but with a 50s aesthetic.

Yeah, it was a really fun idea.
I was there on the side of defending the premise of a non-strategy X-COM game and then they gave me that piece of shit for all my effort. Spoony was, very unfortunately, correct.
