>>750238557A damage debuff when dual wielding irks me but it's not too bad since Pistols and Revolvers are relatively strong guns and the other cool perks generally bump up their damage to weak points. However it seems incongruous with the entire theme of the rest of the perk tree. Sure it's a pistol skill but the whole thing is bent towards run and gun where as the rest of Cool is all about rewarding Precision and keeping Stamina high.

Fun game and I love the changes to the perk tree from 2.0 but from a progression standpoint Tech is way too strong of an Attribute since it significantly effects your Cyberware capacity and effectiveness, which gives exponential benefits every 10 levels to every single build and every single gun. So there is never any reason for Tech not to be your primary or secondary stat. Perk Trees having weapon limitations is also annoying and severely hampers some guns from fulfilling the niches they were clearly supposed to occupy, like how the Lexingtion is a run n gun or how the Kyubi behaves like a precision rifle.A similar issue exists for Cyberdecks. Each is supposed to be fulfilling a specialized niche and then there is just the Tetratronic Rippler that gives you an insane amount of extra RAM and gives a fat boost to any damage done to someone get hacked.
Is there a reason they never use these updates as an excuse to polish up the main story quests further? There's still a *lot* of on-rail sequences where animations don't play out properly, including a gate that a car is supposed to crash through that I've seen not open/break/whatever it's supposed to do across two playthroughs on my end, and two friends.
