Who knows how much larger the marketing budget is. Rockstar being Rockstar they are going to sell shark cards or some shit for the online portion, but even with those they still need to move a lot of copies early to not spook investors. On top of that, they are PS5 exclusive, and are requiring PS5pro just to hit 30fps. So, yeah, every chud dollar and moment of hype to help sell another copy matters.
