This guy is my second favorite after Robo. I thought that Frog was Cyrus after getting BTFO'd and cursed into a frog, becoming depressed and losing the will to fight. When the game revealed his actual backstory it was way more depressing. That vampire-looking bastard WILL hang as soon as I find him.
