Nope. None of the Nioh games have any outright romance mechanics like with Rise of the Ronin, though William in Nioh 1 does eventually marry and has a child with Okatsu, and Takechiyo/Iemitsu from Nioh 3 had a wife and several concubines irl even though he was gay as fuck. In Nioh 2, some female characters do take an interest in a male Hiddy, but nothing really comes out of that
